INTEGRATED SYSTEM DESIGN

The Trimble R6 combines a highly integrated and advanced GPS receiver, a sensitive antenna, a long-lasting battery, and integrated communication features in a durable and reliable body. With its integrated communication options, it offers you the flexibility to choose the communication type that best suits the work of your teams. The integrated cellular modem shapes operation within VRS networks, while the integrated UHF RX or RX / TX modem shapes RTK base / roaming applications.

GNSS TECHNOLOGY THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Powered by the 220 channel Trimble Maxwell ™ 6 chip, the Trimble R6 offers the precision and accuracy required to measure precisely with superior tracking and RTK performance. With the GPS L2C, L5 and Japanese QZSS, as well as the GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou (COMPASS) upgrade options, you can track more satellites and get more successful measurements in harsh conditions. In addition to providing additional signal, L2C offers more power for more reliable satellite tracking with its improved signal structure. The third civil GPS frequency L5 provides a higher power level than other frequencies, uses a wider bandwidth and allows longer codes. As a result, weak signals are much easier to receive and follow. Trimble's advanced tracking and positioning technology reduces the time required for reboot and downtime due to loss of fixation.

ADVANCED TRIMBLE R-TRACK TECHNOLOGY

The Trimble R-Track technology integrated into the Trimble R6 provides reliable and precise positioning performance. With Signal Prediction ™, Trimble R-Track compensates for truncated or low-level RTK correction signals, providing comprehensive precision even after the RTK signal is cut off. The CMRx communication protocol provides reliable positioning performance by fully utilizing all visible satellites while providing correction compression to optimize bandwidth.

This fully upgradeable receiver lets you choose GNSS support that suits your needs today and offers the flexibility to upgrade as your needs change. GPS, L1, L2, L2C, L5, and Japanese QZSS signals are supported as standard on the Trimble R6. Optional GLONASS, GALILEO and BeiDou (COMPASS) support for additional satellite kit support.
